The four main cast stainless steel E burners produce a total of 115,000 BTUs on the grilling surface, Diamond Sear cooking grids provide an ample 1056 square inches of grilling area. This grill also features two 11,000 BTU stainless steel Quantum rotisserie burners with rotisserie kit, which heat up quicker than other rotisserie burners and are designed to direct heat only to the food and not the rest of the grill.
