This Fire Magic A Series Grill is the sibling to the Echelon Diamond E790i, but features an easy to use and reliable analog thermometer to monitor internal temperatures. Push-to-light knobs control an advanced hot surface ignition that intensely heats a rod to light the burner or use the flash tube secondary ignition to ensure a reliable start every time. The A Series E790i 36 Inch grill is made of 304 stainless steel and has 792 total square inches of total cooking area. Three infrared burners offer 99,000 BTUs and together with a dedicated 3,000 BTU smoker burner produce a total of 102,000 BTUs on the main grilling surface, giving the Echelon Diamond the most BTUs per square inch for a grill that gets hot and stays hot. Heat zone separators allow you to section off the grill for precise cooking control while unique 16-gauge stainless steel flavor grids protect your burners from liquids dripping through the stainless steel cooking grid. A 13,000 BTU backburner adds the option of slow roasting food with the rotisserie on your gas grill. The double-walled, tear-drop hood retains heat inside the grill, but also has a spring assist for easily lifting the lid. Cleaning the grill is easy with the disposable drip pan collection system designed to prevent grease pan flare-ups. Interior halogen lights and blue LED back-lit knobs on the seamless control panel help you see while grilling at night. The wiring raceway shields the wiring from the heat of the grill. Each Fire Magic Echelon Diamond grill comes with a grid lifter, instructional DVD and must be connected to a 110V power source for the electronic lighting.
